Our products are usually made to order by us using base products that have been ethically approved from external sources.
Delivery is free for all products purchased on this website to UK mainland addresses. A nominal fee will be applied for delivery to other areas of the UK or worldwide delivery services, please contact us directly for a delivery quote.
not from ape requests that if the customer has any time constraints for there order i.e. needing the product delivered by a certain date, that they contact us to check availability of the product prior to purchase.
not from ape will dispatch all clothing orders within seven working days where base products are in stock for production. As standard our packages will be sent via Royal Mail or My Hermes Parcel Delivery Service and should arrive to their destination within two to five working days after dispatch except during seasonal busy periods or postal strikes.
Packages delivered outside of the UK may incur Customs Tax from the country of delivery, not from ape accepts no responsibility for customs charges and cannot provide any details of such charges.
Where a product is out of stock, dispatch may be delayed by up to 21 working days. In the event of products being out of stock we will contact the customer to notify them of the delay, customers will then have the choice to wait for the product(s) ordered, choose an alterative product or refund if necessary.
We will notify the customer via email (or sms text if requested) once their parcel has been dispatched.
Payment for products is required upon ordering and is processed through secure online payment service Paypal. All major credit/debit cards accepted. Alternatively, customers may also purchase products through bacs transfer or cheque.
Customers purchasing by cheque or bacs transfer should contact us by email or phone detailing the required products, we will return an email with an invoice for your payment, detailing full instruction of the payment and order process.
Customers are required to check their purchase upon receipt and inform not from ape of any defect or unwanted item(s) within 28 days of receipt. Products may only be returned for refund within 28 days of receipt, after this not from ape reserves the right to only offer a replacement product for the purchase.
not from ape will offer a full refund for any defective product purchased within 28 days of receipt. Where products are unwanted by the customer rather than defective, not from ape will refund the product cost omitting refund for postage and packaging charges. It is also the responsibility of the customer to return the unwanted product(s) to not from ape within 28 days of product receipt in an unused, resalable condition to qualify for refund.
We request that customers adhere to the wash care instructions provided by not from ape and take care of their products purchased to maintain the durability and standard of the products purchased. Please see our Garment Care for full wash care instructions. If a product is faulty after wash / wear within 6 months of purchase then the customer is to notify not from ape as soon as possible to request a replacement. not from ape reserves the right to request the product be returned prior to replacement to check the defect (cost of postage and packaging will be at the expense of the customer).Where products are found to become faulty due to customer negligence or failure to adhere to wash care instructions may not be replaced.
